I always feel like I’m in a rush, especially during the week. I work a standard 8 am to 5 pm which tends to run over, have a daughter to raise, and all the domestic duties of running a household. Most days when it comes to lunch and dinner I’m looking for what will be the quickest, healthiest, and tastiest option. In order to make this easier on myself, there are key ingredients, I keep in my pantry and in the fridge.
