How to get your cooking mojo back

Have you ever opened your fridge and closed it immediately? It happens to me a lot. My desire to cook is just not there. Here’s some tips on how I get the motivation back to get cooking.

  • Find new recipes- I love watching cooking shows for new ideas. YouTube has a ton of vegetarian and vegan cooking channels to pull inspiration from

  • Make it a theme night- Italian night, Mexican night; have fun setting the table, playing the music, and re creating a dish

  • Find a new ingredient - Challenge yourself by cooking with a new ingredient

  • Think of new ways to use a common ingredient you have on hand - Tired of eating the same thing all the time, sometimes you just have to try it in a new way

  • Turn on the music - Sometimes you just need to bring in some joy, add a little dancing to the cooking experience.
