Greek Yogurt Bowl

Quick and Simple Greek yogurt bowl

Confession I am not a breakfast person. So when I do decide to make breakfast I need it to be quick, tasty, and filling. One of my go-to breakfast items is a yogurt bowl. Everything is mixed together in one bowl and takes less than 5 minutes to make. The great thing about this recipe is the flavor possibilities are endless. Don’t like bananas try blueberries instead, want to turn it into breakfast with a dessert twist add granola that has chocolate in it. That’s a win in my book.

Ingredients

  • 1 single serving of favorite vanilla or coconut greek yogurt (non-dairy or dairy depending on your preference)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup of Bear Naked Honey and Almond granola

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Directions

  • In a bowl mash the banana into a consistency you like

  • add the greek yogurt, chia seeds, and granola

  • mix together and let the mixture sit for approx. 2 minutes so the chia seeds hydrate

    Enjoy makes one serving
